What can the software accomplish on a defined task, body, and environment? Test generalization and failure recovery, not only a best-case demo.
What can suppliers manufacture, deliver, and maintain at the required specification? Capacity claims, shipments, and accepted installations are different counts.
What accepted output reaches the customer after downtime, human assistance, service, and integration costs? This is the supply a customer buys.
Accepted output = scheduled hours × availability × attempts per operating hour × acceptance rate. Keep task definitions and assistance explicit. We do not yet have a complete measured industry supply curve.

Require actual revenue exposure, customer economics, competitive substitution, balance-sheet capacity, security structure, and valuation. A temporary shortage is not necessarily a durable moat.
